Motor Freight Information

Some oversize items ship via a freight company; it will arrive at your curbside within 2-5 business days after leaving our warehouse. The freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time; we recommend that you have help available upon arrival.

Before signing for delivery, inspect the package for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. It's normal for the packaging to show some wear; however, The most important thing to remember is that you must inspect the item at the time of delivery. If the item or packages have any visible damage, or there is any reason for you to be concerned about damage, please write "Product Damaged" clearly on the sheet you are asked to sign.

By doing this, this will help us in filing any claims if necessary. We will ship out all replacement parts free of charge including shipping. Shipping FedEX or UPS

Some AllPicnicTables.com shipments are delivered by FedEx or UPS ground. All shipments require a physical address (we cannot ship to a PO box number) and a phone number, which the carrier can call if they have a delivery problem or questions. All furniture ships partially assembled. Assembly is easy - requires only household tools. Most shipments will show some wear on the outside of the package. We will replace all parts at no cost to you, including the shipping.
