Can I request a catalog of your products?
We are a dynamic site that changes quite often, every two weeks we add new products and improve designs to existing products, and therefore our printed catalogs become obsolete before the ink is dry.
As a result, we have temporarily suspended mailing out catalogs. In place of our printed catalog, we have redesigned our site so you’ll find it easier to navigate. We’ve also added much more updated information (prices and specs on all products) in a user friendly way so that each page can be printed to make your own custom catalog. Please see the simple printing instructions below.
The AllPicnicTables.com apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and would like an opportunity for you to still enjoy our great products. You can contact the AllPicnicTables.com customer service department M-F 9am-7pm, Sat 10am-3pm EST toll-free at 1.888.293.2339 or email us at contact@AllPicnicTables.com for product information.

How about finishing my wooden outdoor & patio collections?
Left unfinished, they will weather (outdoors) to a fine gray patina within a couple of years. You can enjoy the natural graying or protect them with a quality sealer when they reach the stage of weathering you prefer.
If you choose to seal your purchase, we strongly recommend using an immediate application of stain/sealer for maximum protection from the elements. We do not recommend a clear sealer, as it easily wears off when exposed to the sun, but rather a product with a slight tint in the sealer. Example – Cedar Tone – these products can be purchased at your local hardware or paint store.
The amount of stain/sealer used will depend on how you apply it and your personal tastes. AllPicnicTables.com recommends at least two coats of stain/sealer, and we personally use the Wolman Raincoat series.
There are too many variables to accurately estimate an exact amount of application. Please view our application process:
1st coat covers 150 sq. ft. - 2nd coat covers 200 sq. ft.
The second coat should take 25% to 30% less stain/sealer than the first coat.
In most cases, one gallon of stain/sealer will cover our largest items (i.e. an A-frame and swing) with two coats. Most collections will require two gallons for two coats.
Here are several tips for finishing your purchase:
Start with a quality stain/sealer and follow the manufacturer's instructions -- get additional advice from your paint dealer when needed.
Wood should be clean and smooth. Your AllPicnicTables.com furniture will arrive with a clean smooth surface that is ready for staining.
Stir the finish to ensure uniformity.
Apply the finish to a cool surface.
Apply using a brush, sponge, or spray -- back brush after application to ensure good penetration and even coverage.
A minimum of two coats is recommended.

Will my picnic table be shipped fully assembled? If not, will I be able to put it together by myself?
Our picnic tables are shipped partially assembled. The good news is that, even if you’re only marginally handy, you should be able to assemble your table with no problem, using common household tools.
All you have to do is to follow the simple instructions that come with your table. All of the hardware will be included. You can find a general overview of a simple assembly shown with each table on our website.

Will you hold an order to be shipped at a later date?
We will be happy to hold your order for a special date. We have many customers who wish to purchase items for holidays, birthdays, house-warmings, weddings, or new houses they haven’t moved into yet. Sometimes they want to order in the winter, but postpone shipping until spring. Whatever the reason, if you wish to delay shipping, simply type your request into the Special Delivery Instructions, Questions, or Comments space when you place your order.

What do I do if a shipment is damaged?
Most shipments will be shipped via FedEx or UPS, but larger items may require shipment by Motor Freight. In the case of a FedEx or UPS shipment, if there’s visible damage at the point of delivery, please accept the shipment. With a Motor Freight shipment, accept the shipment and please write “damaged” on the delivery receipt. You can then contact us at your earliest convenience by calling the AllPicnicTables.com customer service department M-F 9am-7pm, Sat 10am-3pm EST toll-free at 1.888.293.2339.
We will expedite any new pieces or products requiring replacement at no additional charge.

Will you customize a picnic table?
Absolutely! We receive special requests almost daily, from homeowners who want one special table, and business owners who want dozens of them. Since we craft all of our tables by hand, we can make them any way we want – or any way you want. So, any time you need a special creation, just ask. Remember – we work in wood, so nothing is carved in stone!

8.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, on certain items, but they are available only to catalogues and retail stores (Bricks & Mortar). We do not provide them to other Internet sites, either, as that would cause a conflict of interest, because we sell directly to our customers. To receive wholesale information, please call Tim McTighe, at 888-293-2339, or e-mail wholesale@AllPicnicTables.com
