Can I request a catalog of your products?
We are a dynamic site that changes quite often, every two weeks we add new products and improve designs to existing products, and therefore our printed catalogs become obsolete before the ink is dry.

As a result, we have temporarily suspended mailing out catalogs. In place of our printed catalog, we have redesigned our site so you’ll find it easier to navigate. We’ve also added much more updated information (prices and specs on all products) in a user friendly way so that each page can be printed to make your own custom catalog.

Is furniture shipped finished or unfinished?
All furniture is shipped unstained and will weather outdoors to a fine gray patina within a couple of years. You can enjoy the natural graying or protect them with a quality stain/sealer from your local hardware store when it reaches the stage of weathering you prefer.

If you choose to seal your purchase, we strongly recommend using an immediate application of stain/sealer for maximum protection from the elements. We do not recommend a clear sealer, as it easily wears off when exposed to the sun, but rather a Cedar Tone Stain Sealer for a slight color change.

Will AllPicnicTables.com finish my furniture on request?
Yes. We can add our stain/sealer to all red cedar and treated pine products. There is a 20% charge on top of the total cost. We apply two coats of our very popular penetrating stain/sealer. This service can be applied in our shopping cart.

Is assembly difficult?
Generally speaking, all of our furniture products are very simple to assemble. Assembly time varies per item. All necessary hardware and assembly instructions are included with each shipment. For more specific assembly instructions, please visit the product description page for the item you are interested in, where you will find a link to specific assembly instructions for each item.

Will you hold an order to be shipped at a later date?
Yes. If you place an order now - or anytime one of our specials catches your eye - and you want us to delay shipping, we will be happy to oblige. Just let us know when you want it to arrive - Christmas, a birthday, a holiday - we will even hold it until next spring. Just type your request in the Special Delivery Instructions, Questions, or Comments space when you are ordering.

Do you ship outside the continental United States?
Yes, you may add the product you wish to purchase to our shopping cart. Then click the international shipping quote button.
